Specific Current Needs:
Cash Donations-
These will go directly to funding budgets for summer programs, specifically:
- $5,000 to reimburse the cost of medicals, vision tests, etc. for those who went through the application process for the summer flight program.
- $60,000 for the flight training and associated testing and checkride fees for 4 students in the summer flight program.
- $2,500 for subsidizing the cost for all students to attend accelerated ground school program held during the day.
- Serviceable pilot gear - Headsets, flight computers, flight bags, knee boards
- UPSs (Computer Backup Power Supply)
- A small (~7 cu.ft.) deep freezer chest.
General Ways You Can Help:
Financial Contributions: Direct cash donations provide flexibility to address the most pressing needs, which can change rapidly in a flight school environment.Gear Donations: Donate your gently used flight gear (headsets, flight computers, bags, kneeboards, etc.) to help equip aspiring pilots.
Pilot Volunteers: Pilots, share your passion and help future professional aviators build experience by taking them flying when you go. Exposure to diverse aircraft and destinations is invaluable for their professional development. Related expenses like fuel and rental fees may be tax-deductible.
Mentor Future Pilots and Mechanics: Aviation professionals, lend your expertise by volunteering as a mentor.
Study With Us: Support our instructors and enhance your own knowledge by joining our free study groups and ground sessions.
Flight Train With Us: Choosing us for your flight training directly fuels our charitable programs - all proceeds go towards supporting our mission.
